It’s the worst experience with sending a package I’ve ever had. I’ve order a courier and paid 50 euro for a package that was never even collected. ParcelABC support told me to arrange it with fedex on my own. What is their role than? FedEx office is not answering phone calls and it’s been already 1.5 month for trying to send a package, making calls every day and writing to support with no effect. At least I want my money for a package back
What made it Great was Michał, he helped a lot through the process especially that it was my first time, I am very greatful. However, I followed the DHL’s guidelines to a T, even leaving the boxes open so the courier could check them and he got pissed and asked me to patch them and bring them down, when I clarified they were on the second floor.
I've experienced a catastrophic experience with UPS. (1 package damaged and 1 sent back to place of origin by mistake). However, Michal from ParcelABC helped me a lot along the litigation with UPS. Michal has been truly supportive during all the process and did his best to finally have a positive outcome for my case. Thousands thanks to him.
Easy and efficient service from request to delivery
There needs to be an option to give NO or ZERO stars. THIS IS NOT A COURIER SERVICE! They make money by pretending to be a courier service. They have created a website system that allows them to take money from customers looking for courier services. After you pay for the courier service you will receive no label or information for next steps. They will then claim they cannot pick up your package and they cannot refund money for reasons in the Terms and Conditions. For instance, in my case they claim they could not transport a passport to the UK passport office. The delivery address clearly stated passport office and it was accepted. They refused the service after the money was paid then they claimed falsely that the terms and conditions made clear passports could not be transported. This was a lie. I read every page of the terms and conditions. They claim they had already paid the truck. This was another lie. They had provided no label and therefore no delivery order had ever been created. This is a scam and they are committing international fraud. I will be filing a police report with interpol and the FBI. This claims to be a UK company so I will file a report with the UK financial authority as well. These people are despicable. The numerous 5* reviews have to be mostly false. Update 11:06 am PST 8 June 2025 After I emailed them and told them about this review and that I would be filing formal complaints to the FBI, Interpol, and the UK Financial Authority, they emailed me that the money had been refunded. They asked me to remove any negative reports and also to not take further action. I will be taking further action, because this took up at least 5 hours of my time, not to mention the concern when I discovered the urgent courier service would not be provided. It is vital that others are made aware of these fraudsters and grifters. There should be consequences for their criminal acts. These are transnational fraudsters operating perhaps out of several European countries. They place their office in London, and that is why the UK Financial Office will be interested in their fraudulent activities.

Just saw a review. I had the same experience. They take your money. Don't pick up your parcel. Then charge you a fee. Unbelievable. I wondered if if was a scam or incompetence.

Very efficient, and great prices
Conclusion of my experience. I was charged 25% fee for not picking up or doing anything with my request to pick up and deliver an envelope which contained a licence renewal form and expired driver's licence. Apparently contrary to their T&C. Invoice cost €64.03. Cost of no service €16...ridiculous. Administration charge. Unbelievable. They made more money not providing a service than the actual delivery platform fee they would have earned. Good business model. Not based on repeat business. To add insult to injury it took 16 days to return my money minus the 25% administration fee. They are ONLY a platform, just a booking agency. They do not do any of the heavy lifting which makes this case so unbelievable. Anyway, good riddance! BTW... they wanted to blackmail me by eliminating the agregious and outrageous fee if I would amend/delete my post. As I clearly advised them..do the right thing and I will acknowledge your remedial action in a post. The reply was as from a child.."amend/delete your post and we will reimburse the full amount otherwise the charge remains" ... keep the ill gotten gains guys!!
Update: the parcel was picked up and delivered eventually. I don’t think that’s ABCparcel fault, I think it’s fully DPD who ignored me for a long time. I ordered another parcel with GLS and the parcel was picked up on time. So problem solved. I placed my order Order PTHR-029993741 and the pickup date was supposed to be 2 June. I stayed at home the whole day - no one showed up. The support rescheduled the parcel - again I spend the whole day at home and no one showed up. They took my money and I have zero response and communication: no shipping label, no any information! Nothing! And the receiver of the parcel is nervous I am not sending the parcel. The worst experience ever, I just want my money back at this point and I will use someone else. Update: I received a shipping label today with wrong address of the receipient, it says Croatia, correct zip, but city New York, while I have proof of my order, where I entered the correct address and city Zagreb in Croatia. I chose DPD, this is a nightmare of the service.
Deeply Disappointed – Zero Accountability, Parcel Lost, No Support I am writing to formally share my experience with ParcelABC and their delivery partner in Portugal, CTT, both of whom have demonstrated a troubling lack of responsibility and customer support. I originally scheduled a parcel collection for 1st April. After receiving no confirmation or updates, I followed up six weeks later, only to be told that no parcel had ever been collected—a fact I was never informed of until I reached out myself. A second collection was then arranged. This time, the driver did arrive but failed to affix any shipping label to the parcel. Instead, he handwrote the address on the box, which was witnessed by the person handing it over. Despite this, the parcel has now gone missing, and both companies are refusing to take ownership. ParcelABC insists that no label was attached, so the parcel doesn’t exist in their system. CTT, on the other hand, claims the parcel was never picked up, despite their own driver collecting it. I now find myself in a situation where ParcelABC tells me to speak to CTT, and CTT refers me back to ParcelABC, leaving me in a complete customer service deadlock. I have provided every detail, been more than patient, and followed all necessary steps. Yet neither company is willing to take initiative, investigate the issue, or offer compensation. As a result, I am left without my parcel, with no updates, no accountability, and no support from either party. This experience has caused me financial loss and significant inconvenience, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider using either ParcelABC or CTT. Once your parcel is out of your hands, you may be left with no recourse or assistance.
Handling, Bestellung, Bezahlung, Abholung, Tracking und Ablieferung hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Und dazu auch wirklich „Express“!
I shipped a suitcase from Portugal to Germany using ParcelABC and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Even though I paid for insurance worth €600, the suitcase arrived damaged and missing one wheel. It was frustrating, especially since I paid extra for peace of mind. I do not recommend this service.
