Cruised with Virgin via Paramount as a solo traveller in June and it was all completely seamless and much cheaper than going direct. I've booked a second sailing with them for 2025 and they have been super helpful in making sure I got the best deal. Caitlin has been incredibly helpful and responsive each time.
