Wait time
Today I waited well over an hour for an answer from a Panasonic rep on my phone about a product! That is a record for me! They stink! I will NEVER buy another thing from Panasonic! Louis Parisi

Panasonic has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate quality and service, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

I'll just relate an effort to buy a am/fm battery/plug-in radio. Nothing fancy here...basic portable radio...sku rf2400. Radio arrived, new batteries installed to exact specs, and battery power didn't work. Plug in fine. Returned the radio and second one arrived. Wife and adult son re-checked my, by the directions, battery install...no battery power to radio. Plug in fine. Panasonic response essentially, Oh well, take it to a Panasonic dealer! Never intended this a "life quest"..just wanted a portable radio.
This company is terrible. They offer BD-RE DL optical media which is blue ray rewritable disks with a capacity of 50Gb and charge a rediculous amount for them! What are we in the dark ages? Rewriteable optical media is critical for computer data backups. The ability to wipe disks or rewrite them for this purpose is critical for backing up personal private data. The market for rewritable high capacity optical media is held back by companies like this. Rewritable CDs, DVDs, and BD (blue ray) have been around for ages and we still have to pay an arm and leg for it. I'd like to see the market improve with lower cost high capacity rewritable optical media. Today's only real option for backing up personal data to prevent computer disasters is hard drives and hard drives love to fail, the whole reason for backups!
I sent my Lumix camera in for repair. I received not one, but three estimates - each asking for more money. The shipping was sub-par and left the camera open to damage. It had a sheet of bubble wrap rolled around it, but the bubble wrap wasn’t secured so the camera slipped out and might have bounced around in the package. The camera seems to work but I hope it didn’t get any internal damage from the lack of appropriate packing. I would not recommend the Panasonic repair service unless something was under warranty.

I purchased a Panasonic Microwave 10 months ago and it stopped working properly. I contacted Panasonic tech support and they had me reset the unit. It lasted one week and I contacted them a second time. They were so rude ad unprofessional demanding I send them photos and a list of what items I had cooked inside the unit. I sent them proof of purchase and they refused to honer the warranty. I wouldn't recommend purchasing any of their products. Customer service employees need re-training on how to treat customers.

My brand new Panasonic microwave stopped working, contacted Panasonic customer service a month ago and still have gotten no response after numerous phone calls and emails. They have the worst customer service I have ever incountered in my life. Will never buy another one of their products.

DO NOT BUY from Panasonic !! What used to be a reputable company many years ago has "gone by the wayside " That description came from an Auth. Service Center. At least they once were. There is absolutely no recourse when you buy Panasonic inferior products. They make sure you never get a live person or chat. Forget any service centers because they are closed or like the one, I thought I finally found said they do not honor their warranties so we dropped them. That was my last hope. A $225 Microwave stopped working in less than 5 months and NO RECOURSE. I spent a full hour calling EVERY single number associated with that Mickey Mouse Company. Actually, I would have much more faith in Mickey Mouse. Panasonic gets 0 stars all the way around, cheaply made products, No customer service and toilet paper is worth more that their warranty.

I am completely done attempting to claim a warranty on my microwave. It was purchased on 11-22-22 and broke over a week ago. I found the service number for local repairs on the web, called the number and was told the throw the unit away because gas is too expensive to bring it in.

emcor mandaue Cebu Philippines Hi Sir Simeon, Good day! We want to inform you that this is about your refrigerator that was checked by our Technician in your house. We raise your concern to our supplier for these moist units, Sir. As per supplier (Panasonic incharge) it is normal for the unit to create moisture. Especially if the unit opens frequently, the heat will come in so the ice will melt and create moisture. Thank you so much. Ann my reply real issue Greetings thank you for your response The Technician's discovery and conclusion regards my concern was not based on the normal functioning of the unit and moisture created. But based on a part inside that has not been insulated, causing corrosion, the technician continued and explained to me the standardized requirements for refrigerators would be properly insulated, and in such a case corrosion would not be evident. Furthermore when I asked the Technician what the possible options are towards a solution, I was reassured by him that he will be taking the appropriate steps to inform you adequately about the situation, so that the problem at hand can be addressed and taken care of promptly and properly. Failure to adequately manufacture a product in regards to insulation, is highly unethical practice. I trust the matter will be resolved soon, as I do not plan on visiting your office, however if that's the case, and appropriate customer service is not provided, I will take the needed steps. I do not appreciate ignorant belligerence. As I have been waiting several weeks to resolve this matter. I trust to hear from you soon

I'm writing about the longevity of a Panasonic product. Believe it or not, my microwave (model NN 3538) is currently 27 years old! I've used it daily, neglected it, and moved it to 3 different states. I don't see it ever dying but if it does, I'll definitely get another Panasonic. I'll probably end up leaving this one in my will.

These guys are the worst! You buy a product and then when you have an issue and call them they want to charge you before you even speak to them. What a con this is - maybe well help you or maybe not but please pay us just to talk. They should take the name "consumer" off their website - the most consumer unfriendly "consumer" company I've dealt with.
