You don't want this Radio

I'll just relate an effort to buy a am/fm battery/plug-in radio. Nothing fancy here...basic portable radio...sku rf2400. Radio arrived, new batteries installed to exact specs, and battery power didn't work. Plug in fine. Returned the radio and second one arrived. Wife and adult son re-checked my, by the directions, battery install...no battery power to radio. Plug in fine. Panasonic response essentially, Oh well, take it to a Panasonic dealer! Never intended this a "life quest"..just wanted a portable radio.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. They offer BD-RE DL optical media which is blue ray rewritable disks with a capacity of 50Gb and charge a rediculous amount for them! What are we in the dark ages? Rewriteable optical media is critical for computer data backups. The ability to wipe disks or rewrite them for this purpose is critical for backing up personal private data. The market for rewritable high capacity optical media is held back by companies like this. Rewritable CDs, DVDs, and BD (blue ray) have been around for ages and we still have to pay an arm and leg for it. I'd like to see the market improve with lower cost high capacity rewritable optical media. Today's only real option for backing up personal data to prevent computer disasters is hard drives and hard drives love to fail, the whole reason for backups!

Shoddy shipping for my Lumix camera

I sent my Lumix camera in for repair. I received not one, but three estimates - each asking for more money. The shipping was sub-par and left the camera open to damage. It had a sheet of bubble wrap rolled around it, but the bubble wrap wasn’t secured so the camera slipped out and might have bounced around in the package. The camera seems to work but I hope it didn’t get any internal damage from the lack of appropriate packing. I would not recommend the Panasonic repair service unless something was under warranty.

Bought a new Panasonic AC/D/C

Bought a new Panasonic AC/D/C, AM, FM radio, model 2400 a few days ago. UNABLE to contact anyone at the email, nor phone numbers listed on the instructions. All I wanted to know was: 1) can I keep the AA batteries in the radio when using the AC power cord? And, 2) does the power cord into the radio, also, recharge AA batteries. TOTAL FAILURE to reach anyone at Panta. Disgusted.

Panasonic customer service dissapointment

I contacted Panasonic as I was having trouble with their batteries. As I had trouble with two different types I decided to inform them. These were dated to be expired in 2030 and after their first installation, and using them in their second installation, the battery would die after a week? The other type used in my alarm system would also only last a month? Disappointed as after we made contact at Panasonic no one tried getting back to me! I am buying another good brand to replace my Panasonic batteries and doing better. Panasonic, from their reviews, are going downhill.

The turn table quit working and the…

The turn table quit working and the microwave is less than a year old, maybe 6-7 months. I had registered it when we first bought it. Contacted Panasonic, it took over a week for a reply. Their solution was to take it to a repair shop, our choices were one that was 100 miles away and another one that was over 2 hours away. We are seniors so neither of these places would work for us. I corresponded with them off and on for 3 weeks or more with no solution. Panasonic customer service is terrible. We will never buy a Panasonic item again. They were famous

I haven't heard about any breakthrough innovations from this company recently, but I remember that this brand had almsot no competitors back in the day. Their tape recorders were pretty popular in 90s. I had a couple of one that period, and I should say that it's still working. Yeah, cassettes turned into a rarity, and it's very difficult to find them even on the secondary market, but it's possible.

NN-CS88 il top di gamma più guasto di sempre

Ho acquistato un forno NN-CS88LBEPG MICROONDE COMBINATO top di gamma panasonic da oltre 700 euro. Il forno si è guastato subito dopo l'acquisto ed è stato cambiato dal venditore, Amazon. Dopo 2 anni e 4 mesi il nuovo forno si guasta ancora, con una riparazione da 100 euro durata 2 mesi. Il centro riparazioni faticava a capire quale fosse il guasto. Contattato il Customer Care panasonic mi hanno detto che per loro è tutto normale e che per l'attesa mi danno un buono da 15% di sconto da usare sul loro sito ( peccato che il loro sito sia generalmente più caro del 40% degli altri rivenditori ) e oltretutto dopo questa esperienza con il loro TOP di gamma pensano davvero che ricomprerò Panamerdasonic?

Gemis aan Klantvriendelijkheid na Garantietermijn Ik voel me genoodzaakt mijn ervaring te delen met Panasonic, die helaas niet aan mijn verwachtingen heeft voldaan. Onlangs is een Panasonic tondeuse dat ik van hen heb gekocht, net na het verstrijken van de garantietermijn, defect geraakt. Wat me nog meer teleurstelt dan de kapotte aankoop zelf, is het gebrek aan coulance en empathie vanuit het klantenserviceteam van Panasonic. Ondanks het feit dat het product slechts kort na de garantieperiode kapot ging, lijkt Panasonic niet bereid om enige verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Hun reactie was teleurstellend zakelijk en miste totaal de menselijke touch. Ik begrijp dat garantieperiodes bestaan, maar ik had gehoopt op meer begrip voor mijn situatie, vooral gezien het feit dat ik een trouwe klant ben. Het gebrek aan coulance en empathie van Panasoic heeft me teleurgesteld en doet me nadenken over mijn toekomstige aankopen bij dit merk. Het zou waardevol zijn als Panasonic zou overwegen om hun klantenservice te verbeteren, niet alleen omwille van de klanttevredenheid, maar ook om het vertrouwen van hun loyale klanten te behouden.

Bought a microwave little over a yr…

Bought a microwave little over a yr ago. Spent quite a bit for it. Now it is having problems just few months after warranty ran out. Would not recommend any Panasonic products. I had a different brand and it lasted almost 7 yrs.

This brand used to be successful on…

This brand used to be successful on market but now goes down hill for reasons. I bought a nose hair trimmer from Amazon for $14 in Feb,2023. It doesn't work properly since Sep, 2023. So I contacted their service center and was told there was no repair center near by. So they asked me to ship it to their repair department by my own spend which was as much as a new trimmer. I now understand why they're going down hill from their business. I can also now understand what other customers' thoughts if their purchase their large appliances from this brand. Not anymore. I won't spend even a penny on this brand ever again.
