This is the first time we have used Panache Cruises and the service we experienced was exceptional, especially from Jason Treadwell. From our first call with Jason helping us to book our first cruise with Panache to providing some key guidance and advice about future cruises whilst we were onboard during our cruise, to a follow up call once we had arrived back, nothing has been too much trouble. Jason is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, very practical and is also so responsive to any questions that we had, even getting back to us on his days off. We have previously booked directly with cruise companies, but we have already used Panache for 2 further cruise bookings and based on our experience so far, Panache will now be our first port of call when looking to book a cruise. Communication at all stages of our cruise booking was excellent and very timely and with Jason calling to check we had all of our documents ready to travel and to wish us bon voyage a few days before we travelled made us feel like we were in very safe hands. When we had a question at the time Jason was on holiday, other staff we have spoken to at Panache, such as Victoria, have been equally willing to help, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive, calling the cruise company on our behalf and coming back to us with answers within an hour. Overall, just a first class experience, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Panache and Jason to anyone considering a cruise.

I was looking at Danube River Cruises on the Panache site and had an informative chat with Scott, I also received a written account of the chat. Scott followed up with a phone call and sorted the whole booking for us including flights from Dublin. He was really helpful so I am very happy with the result and look forward to our cruise in 2025.

Very good customer service on the phone

This is the first time we have booked with Panache , we dealt with Scott who was very helpful. We have been cruising for over 25 years and been to most areas of the world which has mainly been on mid size ships the likes of Princess, HAL, Celebrity and Cunard. What we were finding it was getting more difficult to go places that we had not been before. So we had decided to move to smaller ship that get into ports that bigger ships can’t. We have booked with Explora Journey’s. Scott was very helpful as he had already been on the ship and as a consequence had first hand experience . We particularly like the idea of the brand new ships.

We were recommended to Panache Cruises and we have been extremely happy with our first experience. Nicole quickly understood our requirements and whilst we had a clear vision of what we wanted Nicole still took the time to explore other options and gave us sound advice throughout.

I have never experienced Panache Cruises before, in fact I had never heard of them. But in researching a cruise on Explora II I found a youtube video of their founder discussing Explora, which culiminated in an interview between him and Explora's Head of Culinary. It turns out he was with Oceania Cruises for 19 years and was largely responsible for their culinary success. But now he is with Explora. This is interesting to us because we have cruised 25 times with Oceania over a 16-year period but their offering has been degraded over recent months, culminating in them introducing partial self-serve in their buffet restaurant. One reason they have earned our loyalty is because they have unswervingly maintained a hands-off policy in their buffet restaurant, but no longer it seems. Thus I contacted Panache, who were very helpful and knowledgeable, as a result of which we have just booked our first Explora cruise. If it is as good as the reviews suggest, it won't be our last.

Having booked through Panache twice before, we had no worries about using them again. Our contact for our last cruise, and our upcoming cruise, is Catherine D. Throughout she has been helpful, supportive, and nothing has been too much trouble. Will be using Panache for all our future river Cruises!

We were called within minutes of expressing interest to clarify our requirements. A detailed quote arrived by email which accurately reflected our needs. The quote is accessed on line with details of how to complete the booking. We were called back at the time we requested to complete the booking. Our original consultant was not working at this time so a colleague contacted us and took our final details and deposit before handing back to our allocated consultant. Both were very pleasant and efficient and were able to answer all my queries. The inclusions and price advertised were accurate with no added extras. Experience so far very satisfactory.
