Since we booked out first cruise with Panache 2 years ago, we have had nothing but excellent service. Our main contact is Nicola and she provides outstanding support and advise. Nothing is too much trouble. Whilst price is an important aspect of booking a cruise, and Panache certainly offer good value and very competitive quotes, even more important to us is the level of service provided. The fact that we have a named person to reach out too is great as she knows our preferences and it makes the booking process much smoother. I cannot give Panache any less than 10/10 on every level.

My NCL Indian Ocean cruise was canx, so David then suggested a back to back cruise with Crystal Cruises, which suited me perfectly.

I was talking to Catherine this morning about a future cruise she had booked for me. I mentioned to her that I was looking for a good deal on a cruise for November 2026. Within an hour she had called me back with an offer too good to refuse so I booked it! That’s what I call service. She had listened to what I wanted and found it for me. Whenever I contact Catherine, I know she won’t delay in getting back to me. She’s extremely thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Her advice is impeccable. My comments are based on Scott , handling my application on first contact with Panache travel . On initial contact very impressed with Scott’s handling of my request he was very helpful and found my travel request very quickly and very efficiently .
