Panache Cruises as always were excellent in my booking request. Scot responded to all my requests and made it all very easy

Nicola was her usual helpful self, very interested in the cruise we were booking and keen to assist despite being past closing time!

We found a cruise we really liked but all the cabin grades we wanted were waitlisted with offers due to expire. Helen Fensom managed to get us the booking within 2 days with the offers in place!

Nicola was outstanding and helpful in answering our questions about the cruise.if she was unsure rather than offer sales patter she said she would go and find out and come back to us, which she did. The whole deciding and then booking process was non pushy and felt personal and supportive. On top of all this the price was very competitive. So far excellent customer service with an outstanding price!

I found Panache by watching Rich and Helen onboard the Seabourn Encore YouTube video. I was fortunate to speak with Kristen Nolan several times and found her to be interested in our plans and goals. She always had time for me, never rushed through information. I feel like our future trip is in good hands.

Our experience started off very roughly. We began our process in February and had contact with your company. However, the original Cruise Connosseur left your company a few months before we were to sail. She didn't inform us about anything required, and it gave us much unnecessary worries. Thankfully, you moved the office location to the US and assigned Kristen Nolan as our new contact representative. If it were not for her outstanding effort, I would have cancelled the trip. Kristen was very helpful in getting us straightened out. Her efforts were a 5+. My 4 rating was due to the overall performance. The crew of the ship were wonderful and you would have a 5 rating if not for the intial contact problems.

Kristen has been wonderful! Answers immediately abs is very eager to keep me satisfied. I am impressed!

Kathryn took our booking in a most professional manner, nothing was too much trouble for her. She kept us updated on all the information she had found. Excellent service.

I had contacted the cruise company about a cruise and when looking further i mistakenly went into Panache website and found the same cruise for less cost and 3 nights in the resort before sailing. Sometimes you cannot believe your luck. So after contacting Charlene and discussing our requirements and all our wishes being agreed we paid the deposit to secure the holiday.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Charlene was particularly proactive and there was nothing she would do to make our booking so easy to do.
