Nicola has sorted out all our cruise itinerary including putting together our flights both ways. She has kept us well informed of the process and given us choice of rooms, aswell as altering our booking when I changed my mind over cabins.
Kristen took over in midstream after previous adviser left, and bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of, even though it was not her listing. She even contacted Crystal after the cruise about an error they had made on a shore excursion billing. Above & beyond!

Just had a very good call with Scott Perry at Panache. We asked about a new Regent Splendor Cruise and he was able to quickly book our suite and the confirmation was with us in a few minutes. Scott is knowledgeable, personable, and like Emma who we have dealt with before, he is a key member of the Panache team. Their quick response to queries is their USP.
