This is the first time we have used Panache but so far, so good! I sent an enquiry through the website and Nicola called me back within 30 mins - I was impressed by how quick the response was. Nicola was incredibly helpful and came back to us quickly with quotes. She was friendly and did not pressure us at all. The quotes were very competitive compared to quotes we had received from other agents. I liked that she has actually been on the cruise line we were looking at, so she could speak from experience about what they are like, as it will be our first time cruising with this line. We booked our holiday with her yesterday, but have been thoroughly impressed with the experience so far!
