Just had a very good call with Scott Perry at Panache. We asked about a new Regent Splendor Cruise and he was able to quickly book our suite and the confirmation was with us in a few minutes. Scott is knowledgeable, personable, and like Emma who we have dealt with before, he is a key member of the Panache team. Their quick response to queries is their USP.
