Our experience started off very roughly. We began our process in February and had contact with your company. However, the original Cruise Connosseur left your company a few months before we were to sail. She didn't inform us about anything required, and it gave us much unnecessary worries. Thankfully, you moved the office location to the US and assigned Kristen Nolan as our new contact representative. If it were not for her outstanding effort, I would have cancelled the trip. Kristen was very helpful in getting us straightened out. Her efforts were a 5+. My 4 rating was due to the overall performance. The crew of the ship were wonderful and you would have a 5 rating if not for the intial contact problems.
