Called Panache and spoke to Nicola. She was extremely helpful and provided all the information we required. There were complications with some of our fellow travellers that caused a 2 day delay in actually finalising the booking. Nicola remained patient and calm throughout. We recently booked my very first cruise through Paul Kelly at Panache, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience!!! I typically want to do everything on my own from researching to booking all aspects of travel, the flights, the insurance, the hotel, the activities, etc. After just spending hours finally narrowing down where we wanted to go on a cruise (of which this would be my first) As well as trying to decide on what ship/line would be good for my first cruise, I just happened to stumble upon an ad for Paul Kelly at Panache. So I sent off a request for a quote for a specific cruise, and promptly received a reply. Being the skeptic that I am I then researched to make sure he wasn’t a bot or just part of some major call center and he immediately replied and advised he was available to chat over the phone to answer any questions. From the start, he was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and guiding us through the pros and cons of small/large ships, services, type of vacation desired etc. and took the time to understand what we were looking for and recommended the perfect cruise for us. Not only did Panache find us a better deal, than booking directly through the cruise line. but he also helped with many of the details, from explaining what to expect on board to info about our ports etc. and the purchase of one household travel insurance policy covering us for this trip, as well as others we are taking this year, with a savings of almost half of what my insurance agent was quoting me. If you're new to cruising or just want an expert to handle the details, we highly recommend Paul Kelly with Panache. I look forward to my phone calls with him discussing different parts of the world we want to also travel to in the next year or two and hearing all of his experiences and adventures from living in different countries as well as places he has traveled. We'll definitely be using Paul again for our future trips! This is customer service, not often found anymore, highly recommended help for all your dream destinations!

Paul was so pleasant and professional. He was informative and knowledgeable about every aspect of this cruise. He managed to get all our group together in the same area. Panache and Paul gave us a feeling of organization, professionalism and just a lot of fun!

Can only concur with all the positive reviews. We were late in trying to book a river cruise for 2026, but Nicola managed to find one that tied in exactly with our other plans for the same trip, and also found us a great price.

Our agent was Alycia and she was terrific. Very knowledgeable and helpful. As the cruise line we were interested in is very new, I was pleasantly surprised that Panache was a partner with them and that Alycia not only knew alot about them, but had been on board the ship. Great service.

We travel a lot, especially cruises. I have dealt with different travel agents and companies and often just found booking myself was easier. Until I found Paul with Panache Cruises. Paul is so knowledgeable and responds to my questions very promptly. He also seems to always get us a better deal than any travel agent Ive ever used. I have been receiving excellent comms from Panache for the last 6-12 months & a few weeks ago one took our fancy. I got in touch & was referred to Jack. He was excellent & looked at lots of options. Unfortunately due to family illness we were not able to book immediately but said we would keep in touch. A few weeks later Jack emailed me to inform me that the cruise had a further discount & were we still interested. We were & booked it with him after he reviewed several different flight options with us. A fabulous service from Jack & one where I would absolutely recommend using him. Thanks so much. I only hope the cruise is as good as your service has been.

Catherine is pleasant to talk to and puts me at ease discussing my holiday requirements. As a solo traveller Catherine always finds the best deal for me. She is obviously well travelled and is able to give me loads of really useful info. She is a credit to Panache. I shall without a doubt continue useing Panache as long as Caterine is my travel connoiseur.
