Prior to booking this cruise, I familiarized myself with the Seaborne Ovation but our travel expert, Justin Linz was able to fill us in on all the little details and answer all our questions in a timely manner. He was able to secure us exactly the type of cabin we requested and advised us on the easiest way to book shore excursions

Looked for a cruise on line.Had several marketing messages from the company due to being a member of BA loyalty programme.Decided to give them a try. Milo was brilliant and sorted us out in 15 mins.Since booking have had several interactions and all been good. Also as an added bonus the pricing of Panache is very competitive. So far so good !

Panache offered the best deal on my Explora cruise as I had called around to a number of agencies. Rep was very proactive with answering questions and booking the cruise. However, the alleged commitment to do end-to-end planning and help with every detail did not happen. I asked the rep about pre-cruise planning (excursions, dinner, etc) as we were arriving a day or so in advance of embarkation and I was told to contact the hotel's concierge. So despite all of the comms around how they will handle every detail, I did not find that to be true. They booked the cruise and performed a few tasks related to that booking (only upon my request and only after a few emails) and that was it (oh, except sending an email asking about planning my next cruise). It was a bit disappointing and I would have rated lower but gave them credit for giving me such a great deal on the booking. It is fine to just book the cruise but don't over promise and under deliver and misrepresent the scope of what you offer. That is not good customer service.
25 stars would not be enough. We have now booked several cruises with Georgia R. Always extremely helpful and as I generally have a ‘few’ questions before making a booking it is so helpful and reassuring to have a friendly voice on the other end of the phone to speak to. Nothing is too much trouble and I therefore cannot recommend Panache Cruises enough.
