The best Agent we have ever used! Sceptical on booking as we knew little of Panache & this was our first cruise booking with them. However the personalised service exceeded our expectations. Jack B our cruise consultant helped with special arrangements prior to the cruise. Our first outbound flight was delayed (no fault of Panache) and despite this being a Sunday evening Jack was on hand and provided advice on alternative connecting flights. Mid way through the holiday Jack also touched base to ensure everything was going to plan.

Even when we had a problem on our last holiday, she sorted it within hours. She knows our needs, our ambitions and she knows cruises - perfect pairing. Great service from Nicola in booking our cruise with them. Cheaper than booking with other companies and dead easy over the telephone. The only thing they could do better is stop offering the liw price for suites when all the available ones at that price have already been sold- they are still advertising them now even after I have been told they have gone. I know it is business and it draws you in but it's A bad practice. They don't need to do that as the deals are good anyway.

I had a very positive experience with Milo at Panache Cruises, he was very helpful with the booking and also gave useful tips and advice. The actual booking process was easy and straightforward. This is the first time I have used Panache Cruises and I was very impressed with the overall experience, having worked in travel for over 25 years before retiring, my expectations of a travel company are very high.

Another two week River Danube cruise booked today with the delightful Catherine Divan. Nothing is too much trouble for this amazing lady, very knowledgeable, very helpful and so kind.
