Amanda is very knowledgeable about cruises of all shapes and sizes and in all parts of the world. She's also very responsive and gets better deals than by going direct to the cruise ships. Would highly recommend
Panache ask for a review immediately after booking when customers have not had the complete experience. They do not ask for reviews of their after sales service. You are sent a quote via a link to their system but the quote may be updated after you have agreed. I had saved the original email but did not realise the link it contained was to a dynamic quote. I now realise I should have saved the original details separately, but did not see the need. In my opinion if they amend a quote then it should be clear what has changed rather than showing a total price.
It is wonderful to have someone as knowledgeable and thorough as Nicole to guide you through the tricky maze of booking a holiday that is suitable for you and at the best price.

We had done our homework, and after a good review fo all of the options for travel, we selected Panache Cruises to make our bookings. Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, Kristen listened to our requirements and requests and prepared a package for us that we were thrilled to purchase. Kristen's pleasant demeanor and listening skills turned into a booking that included what we were primarily interested in and also made it easy for me to talk to my friends about what a great job she had done. I have passed on her contact information to three of my friends who are also interested in traveling soon. Kristen worked hard to get a deal and then some, and soon we will be off on the adventure of a lifetime, thanks to Kristen and Panache Cruises.
