Charlene was extremely helpful answering all our queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
I was interested in the new Cunard Voyages to Northern Europe in 2027. Although I was pretty certain which cruise I was going to book, Panache were very efficient during the booking process and were also able to reserve me the suite I was interested in.

Great service from Scott (and Lucy who was covering on Scott's day off). Fast and responsive. Managed some complexities around our flight requirements really well, and got us a great price! Hoping the actual holiday goes as well.
Friendly and very helpful provided good advice and able to accommodate all of our travel requirements including a late change to our return flight

We very much appreciated the effort that Catherine Divan put into consilidating our recent booking with Silversea even as she suffered from a debilitating illness. We do hope she recovers soon. She was also grieving following a recent family bereavement. Under these conditions she was still able to give us advice which saved us a considerable amount of money. We are most grateful to Catherine for her care and attention to detail and positive attitude under such difficult circumstances. Well done Catherine and Panache! We would certainly recommend Catherine for such excellent service.
From first enquiring about a cruise I had a good experience, Scott listened to what I wanted from a cruise and found just what I wanted in budget, this is my second booking and it won’t be the last

Charlene has been my point of contact and she is very polite to chat to and will assist in your enquiry. If she has been on your future cruise she will give you some top tips. I have had no problems dealing with Panache and I hope this relationship will continue.
