Due to cruise on Friday 15th October - medallion app is less than useless- downloads all ok one day and next day cannot add or change info. E mailed Princess a total of 7 times using both customer service and aslmedallion - nothing! I have been charged twice for medallions ordered. This cruise line is useless on every level and looking at the reviews I do mean every level! First time with Princess and the last - this is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to engage with and it will be my last. MSC downsayers take note Princess are incredibly awful.
