I became aware of Panache Cruises via the British Airways Club and I am glad that they introduced them to me. I dealt with Nicola at Panache and I found her most helpful with an in-depth and personal knowledge of the product on offer on our selected Seabourn Cruise, I asked for several variations along the way for the prospective cruise and she was always happy to come back with a revised cost and eventually I decided on the exact requirements and she booked it for us, the whole process was easy and Nicola was a joy to deal with and we look forward to booking our next cruise with Panache.
