Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend
I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum Β£100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.
This company also operates as bikedelivery.co.uk and whilst the service was quite good when all went well, the customer service when they wrongly delivered my parcels was quite another thing unfortunately! They were very rude and did nto at any point try and help. What a shame.
Customers be aware of the extra insurance SCAM....
Paisley Freight collected and damaged 4x alloy wheels i made sure i was covered up to Β£250 the wheels will need a refurbish costing Β£300 i provided Paisley Freight all the details after 2 weeks of excuses they came up with this:

hi There, I Needed to send some alloy wheels and tyres that I had sold on EBay, The alloys and tyres were going to Peterborough and a single tyre was going to London, I left an Email and Paid Paisley Freight at 18 40 pm on Wednesday 1/11/17, they were picked up from my address at 1420 pm on Thursday 2/11/17, Both My consignments were delivered early on Friday afternoon, what a fantastic service, Paisley Freight are the only carrier I will use from now on.

I paid for bike delivery and boxed my bike up into a specialist bike box. It was collected on Friday into an unmarked van by a chap with no check list or numbers nor was I given a print out label etc. This concerned me. Once the bike was gone I tried the tracking on their website which has never worked. By Monday I contacted them to ask where the parcel now was and was told it would be at its destination on Tuesday. This was via email and a live chat session as no one ever picks up the phone having tried to ring on four occasions. By Monday at 17:20 I received an email stating I had failed a collection due to the parcel being out of dimensions required. And Iβd be charged Β£9.99. I did not miss a collection. The bike box was a specific bike parcel and Iβve been told it was being delivered by Tuesday. I am now trying to contact them again but if this is the standard then... This company cannot be trusted nor should they be used. DO NOT USE PAISLEY FREIGHT. If they rectify this problem then I will retract this statement.
I've used PF previously and they've been ok. This time, however, different story. I waited in all day for a pick up only to be contacted at 4pm by a sub-contractor and informed that they didn't have anyone in my area but would collect by 10am next day...they didn't. Neither did they know what it was they were supposed to collect or that a tail-lift was required, even though that's what had been specified and paid for. Very poor service. I then had to spend too much of my life phoning them until eventually getting an answer. The member of staff i spoke to was nice but, in the business world, nice doesn't cut it i'm afraid. Such ineptitude and poor service in my business leads, at very least, to compensation...no hint of this from PF.
Quick update...PF told me at 10.55 that they'd just spoken to driver and he said he was 15mins away. Driver arrived at 12.15 and tells me he received a call from his company -not PF- 10 mins ago re: my collection..first call he had about it. Incompetence is one thing, telling lies quite another.
Used their bike delivery service to collect a bike I bought from eBay so paid extra for packaging and insurance. They mangled the bike in transit. They didn't send the packing to the sender and the insurance turns out to be no such thing! Two months of correspondence with them which they persist in pretending is passed to their 'claims' department and they have turned down any claim because the bike was not packed with the packing materials that they did not send! Trying to get anybody from their office to deal with a complaint seems almost impossible. I would be very wary of them.
Oh, and the positive reviews on their Facebook page? They appear to be largely from their own employees.
placed the order for the collection and delivery of 4 boxed (alloy wheels )
then read reviews wrong way around, read a few negative ,but the wheels were collected on the thursday as requested and on tracking them they were reported at the first point of call the next morning 300 miles later they were recorded as at delivery point and within 2 hr they were delivered by Apc, on this experience l would use again
I waited in all day for a parcel to be collected. No one turned up all day or got in touch. I tried calling numerous times but you will find that the telephone is never answered. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I opened a dispute & was refunded. They did call this morning to confirm my refund would be processed but couldn't offer an explanation for why the package wasn't collected. Terrible service I will never use again.
