Paisley freight not to be advised.
I paid for bike delivery and boxed my bike up into a specialist bike box. It was collected on Friday into an unmarked van by a chap with no check list or numbers nor was I given a print out label etc. This concerned me. Once the bike was gone I tried the tracking on their website which has never worked. By Monday I contacted them to ask where the parcel now was and was told it would be at its destination on Tuesday. This was via email and a live chat session as no one ever picks up the phone having tried to ring on four occasions. By Monday at 17:20 I received an email stating I had failed a collection due to the parcel being out of dimensions required. And I’d be charged £9.99. I did not miss a collection. The bike box was a specific bike parcel and I’ve been told it was being delivered by Tuesday. I am now trying to contact them again but if this is the standard then... This company cannot be trusted nor should they be used. DO NOT USE PAISLEY FREIGHT. If they rectify this problem then I will retract this statement.
