This is the first time I have used this company and I would totally recommend them. I looked at this review site before booking and I could see a fair amount of negativity. However I rang them first to check out a few queries for example where my parcel would go to if I missed delivery etc. which was very local. I spoke to a lady on the phone who was very helpful in answering all my questions. So I proceeded to book the parcel very easily on their site and then 4 wheels collected and delivered to me safely in under 24 hours. Tracking was about average for a courier, but also a lot better than some. The only thing I would say could be done as an improvement, would be that the driver sent you a text to confirm a rough time he was expecting to deliver. The price for delivering was also very good.
