Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend

I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.

The driver failed to call me or knock to collect my parcel even though my wife was waiting in and they had my number. I had to pay £10 more for recollection. Wouldn’t use company again. Carol from support is the only reason I’m giving as many stars as she was quick to reply to my messages and pleasant. I will be looking to claim back the extra charges as the driver should have called. Over promise under delivered

Absolutely fantastic service! All the info is easy to understand about packaging. No silly labels needed just the delivery address on the boxes before being picked up. Had wheels picked up on Monday and landed the other side of the UK on Tuesday! :0 Price is more than competitive too so that's even better. Keep it up Paisley Freight :D

Been using Paisley Freight for a few years now, always my go to courier for delivering and collecting bikes and used to use them for kayaks too - always very slick and efficient and never any issues. Used them this New Year, processed my order on Jan 2nd, even though the office was shut, sent me info late the night before the collection in time for me to finish packaging before the day of collection - thanks again

Used to ship a bike frame and it was picked up and delivered in a 24hr window, definetly one of the more reliable delivery companys. Adding 1 or 2hr window of when the parcel will be picked up would be good idea but still great service
