Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend
I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.

They do not answer phones when you call during day , message says we are currently closed, please call back 9-5 mon-fri ive called most days and times

Make u pay for returns when no one home because they leave no card for the customer to contact to rearrange, it’s a way off getting more money out of u
My 4 Alloy wheels with tyres were some how “lost” 5 weeks ago and Paisley Freight have just paid me half the value of the item that THEY lost. I suspect they have some dodgey characters working for them.
I sold them the alloys and tyres on EBay for £370 and I paid £40 for delivery with Paisley Freight. They paid me £190 today as compensation.
I requested the full amount that I sold them for on EBay but they said because I didn’t pay for the insurance they were not able to give me a full payout. From the moment they were collected the driver left no proof of collection and the one time I spoke to customer service on the phone they said they had no record of the alloys being collected from my house. (This is why I suspect theft from the driver) This is also why they should be paying me in full as the driver did not do his job properly so therefore 100% of the responsibility is on Paisley Freight. If the alloys collection was recorded and I was given a tracking number they wouldn’t have got “lost”. Also when the driver turned up at 11.30am to pick them up he said his van was full and returned at 3.30pm. Maybe working out of hours??
The customer service line is turned off. You can ring them in the suggested office hours and still doesn’t work.
Paisley Freight have been reported to trading Standards and Police. Would highly recommend NOT using Paisley Freight. It’s cheap but it’s also a Gamble wether your item will turn up at its destination. I recommend paying a bit more and going with a more legit company.
Perhaps if they had accepted full responsibility and paid the full amount sooner I wouldn’t be writing this negative review. Poorly run business
(If you’re going to take the risk and go with this company I would suggest filming the driver with your phone as proof of collection and get their name. It’s also worth making sure you have a receipt for the items and filming you pack the

Brought a bike off eBay then wondered how to retrieve it.
Came across their bike courier service where a bike box is dropped off day before with packaging - great communication, quick delivery and no fuss - I’ll use them again.
Read some bad reviews but I cannot fault them . Tracking was good . Fast delivery, a couple of days from north to the south of England . Very good price . Would use them again and recommend
Sent 1 alloy wheel with note to leave with neighbour as no one would be home, driver ignored that and took it back to the depot where its sat for the last 6 days. No replies to emails , i have a buyer who is very annoyed as the wheel was a replacement for his damaged one so he can use his car, he'shad to put his space saver on so is restrictedin speed , i used Paisley as they normally deliver next day and things would of been perfect if the driver had followed instructions, but to now have the wheel sitting in their depot *And* not aswering my emails is very, annoying.
Really bad company to trust. We were expecting a delivery to arrive today and it never did after 6 days. No body to call, only an email response with Customer service that seems to have people that sucks.
