I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

I previously reported on the selling practice of OZZI HOME - My cancelling of my order and the multiple emails from Frank and his various ladies to offer support is just a joke and delaying practice. On April 30 2025 I received an email from SHOPIFY alias Ozzi Home , stating "Your order has been refunded. Total amount refunded :$556.00 AUD. It may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in your account. NINETEEN DAYS LATER > NO MONEY HAS BEEN REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT. NO RESPONSE FROM OZZI HOME. They have been advised by email that I have returned their product to their China address and provided with copy of TRACKING ADVICE. Still no refund. Perhaps someone can tell me which Department of Australian Government to contact about this overseas group fleecing / scamming Australians. Tom The latest reply from JD is the usual tear jerker full of apologies trying to convince potential customers that OZZIE HOME really cares. They have now sent more paper work indicating that some company in Amsterdam has sent my refund which OZZIE HOME claimed in an email dated 30 April 2025 that they had sent the refund and could take 10 days to reach my account. I wonder if it was sent by Pony Express or Sled Dog. Wake up this bunch who appear to use "push selling" to try and relieve you of more dollars. Australians dissatisfied with the conduct of Ozzi Home should report their experience to the ACCC. The ACCC is the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, an independent statutory authority that enforces consumer protection laws and promotes fair trading. The claim that an Amsterdam company refunded my money on 30.04.25 was checked by my Bank. No money received. I now note that Ozzi Home is using TWO email addresses. Honest companies use ONE email address- not TWO. Frank, the alleged Co Founder of "Better Hearing" by Ozzi Home and his excuses for persons who pledge to help you, namely Kristina, Jen etc cant even get their email address straight. I am checking with the Amsterdam company. When their advice is received, I will provide further advice. In the meantime, hold on to your money. Tom UPDATE OF LIES, MORE LIES I reported the recent email from "Good Day, I'm JD" of OZZIHOME dated 21 May 2025 claiming that a company in Amsterdam named "ADYEN" had refunded my money. These scammers were too stupid to read "ADYEN" advice clearly recorded on the 'ADYEN' web site which reads as follows: - If you need any help with a payment you made (to change your order, or request a refund), you will need to contact the business directly. We’re unable to make changes or process refunds on behalf of businesses who use our technology. I have advised Bunnings Australia of conduct of this bunch and suggested Bunnings discontinue dealing with them as Bunning's dealing merely serves to advise that Ozzie by what ever name is Australian, Honest and Truthful rather than the scammers the pretend not to be. I gave Ozzie Mozzie a 1 star review 2 weeks ago. Since then, they have refunded most of my money AND delivered the product to me. There is something wrong with their checkout process.

Their hearing aids are a scam, totally unusable and way overpriced for what they are, even though website offers 90/120 day full refund if no 100% satisfied , the product has to be unopened according to the misleading T&Cs which they send if you request a refund, however T&Cs are no accessible from the website as the links are dead. Save your money and energy !

Ordered some hearing aids via Facebook, now having to apologise after leaving a scathing review about ozzi home on Trustpilot. Initially thought I'd been scammed, how very wrong! Ive been taken in by dodgy adverts on facebook before and thought it had happened again. HOWEVER, the hearing aids have arrived as ordered and they're brilliant. The description could be better as they' re actually rechargable as opposed to the messy battery type. Comes with a little charging port, also 3 different size in ear pieces. They have 4 different type of uses, eg conversation, but have only used that particular setting. The use of these has made such a massive difference to me when needing to use them. The best of it is the pair cost about just £70 having previously been TOTALLY RIPPED OFF by uk suppliers charging thousands!!!!! Have given 4 stars as its still early days but so far Im really pleased with the aids

I ordered the hearing aids. Thenvideo was shown about upgrading them for another $99. I opted in for the upgrade but it would t go through. I immediately emailed stating I wanted the upgraded ones and asking for help to do this. I didn’t receive a response until 3 days later and by then they had shipped the cheaper ones. I have emailed 4 or 5 times more and today they were delivered. I want to return them but there is no phone number, no address to ship to. This is horrible customer service. I got one generic response to my original e-mail,. the other 4 … nothing. Don’t order from this company. Eve though they say you have 90 days to return, they never give you a place to return to, nor their phone number

The noise produced when bringing the headphones close to the ear is not very pleasant. the sound is metallic, I tried to use them for a couple of hours, but they only gave me a headache. If you are waiting for a refund, it is a waste of time, customer service after 45 days is still reviewing my refund. A waste of time and money. I got the Costco brand on hearing aids, expensive, but it works perfectly.

Ad for hearing aids- using different name though. Yes sounded great. Agreed to purchase . But then there were upgrades. Many of them from $15.00 - $29.99. Better battery. , better hearing aids don’t need to remove them to alter the volume. Cheaper ones you do . A whole heap more upgrades. They will be over $2000.00 , grab them now for $408.91. So initially my bank stopped the payment and messaged me asking if legit. I said yes- but missed the company name Ozzi mozzie . If I had seen that the answer would have been no. So ban was lifted . By this time I had opted for the dearer ones plus better battery and something else. So I get charged for the cheaper and dearer ones. A message on invoice said if you think you have been wrongly charged, message us on …… of course email given didn’t work. So I googled contact details . Emailed them but no response. Looks like a repeat of a year or so ago again.,I really thought they were genuine when they said there was a new owner snd things would improve. No they are the same old company that ignores customers after ripping them off. My advice- buy nothing from them as all they do is cause heartache.

My husband did not receive the correct model. He emailed the company asking to return it and has not heard anything from them. Very unhappy to be ignored! UPDATE:: Reached out to Ozzie Home asking for a refund. I am happy to say that this company gave us a full refund in a very short period of time. There was very helpful communication every day or so by a respectful and helpful representative. I am very pleased and would consider their products in the future! Thank you

Ordered a set of hearing aids that turned out to be "Premium Health" which were provided by Ozzi Home. The devices are expensive trash that squeal and are nothing more than amplifiers. As such they amplify many background noises over voice. They are no bluetooth compatible and are adjusted by a mechanical switch. Making adjustments to match the environment means you have to dig into your ear to press the switch which in public can be a little embarrassing. I am trying to return these units, but meeting silence. Strongly suggest you be sure this is not the company you are dealing with when you seek hearing aids. By the way, their home address is 50 Stanley Street, Hong Kong.

I purchased a hearing aid, initially had some issues with customer service. Emailed their department and all issues were addressed immediately. Have no complaints. Thank you for your efficient service
