I previously reported on the selling practice of OZZI HOME - My cancelling of my order and the multiple emails from Frank and his various ladies to offer support is just a joke and delaying practice. On April 30 2025 I received an email from SHOPIFY alias Ozzi Home , stating "Your order has been refunded. Total amount refunded :$556.00 AUD. It may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in your account. NINETEEN DAYS LATER > NO MONEY HAS BEEN REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT. NO RESPONSE FROM OZZI HOME. They have been advised by email that I have returned their product to their China address and provided with copy of TRACKING ADVICE. Still no refund. Perhaps someone can tell me which Department of Australian Government to contact about this overseas group fleecing / scamming Australians. Tom The latest reply from JD is the usual tear jerker full of apologies trying to convince potential customers that OZZIE HOME really cares. They have now sent more paper work indicating that some company in Amsterdam has sent my refund which OZZIE HOME claimed in an email dated 30 April 2025 that they had sent the refund and could take 10 days to reach my account. I wonder if it was sent by Pony Express or Sled Dog. Wake up this bunch who appear to use "push selling" to try and relieve you of more dollars. Australians dissatisfied with the conduct of Ozzi Home should report their experience to the ACCC. The ACCC is the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, an independent statutory authority that enforces consumer protection laws and promotes fair trading. The claim that an Amsterdam company refunded my money on 30.04.25 was checked by my Bank. No money received. I now note that Ozzi Home is using TWO email addresses. Honest companies use ONE email address- not TWO. Frank, the alleged Co Founder of "Better Hearing" by Ozzi Home and his excuses for persons who pledge to help you, namely Kristina, Jen etc cant even get their email address straight. I am checking with the Amsterdam company. When their advice is received, I will provide further advice. In the meantime, hold on to your money. Tom UPDATE OF LIES, MORE LIES I reported the recent email from "Good Day, I'm JD" of OZZIHOME dated 21 May 2025 claiming that a company in Amsterdam named "ADYEN" had refunded my money. These scammers were too stupid to read "ADYEN" advice clearly recorded on the 'ADYEN' web site which reads as follows: - If you need any help with a payment you made (to change your order, or request a refund), you will need to contact the business directly. We’re unable to make changes or process refunds on behalf of businesses who use our technology. I have advised Bunnings Australia of conduct of this bunch and suggested Bunnings discontinue dealing with them as Bunning's dealing merely serves to advise that Ozzie by what ever name is Australian, Honest and Truthful rather than the scammers the pretend not to be.
