I saw an offer on Facebook for air…
I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Credit card declined. Card was charged though then it did not go through. I then was charged for product I ordered by another company Livion. I am in the process of trying to stop or reverse payment. It is very difficult to contact them when there is no contact info in emails. They advised my order was confirmed then a later email said I didn't complete my purchase

We ordered a hearing aid for my wife
We ordered a hearing aid for my wife. She has only partial hearing in one ear and tinnitus in the other. This device has been a Godsend! Not only can she now hear clearly but it also somehow masks her tinnitus. She’s overjoyed! I no longer have to almost shout for her to hear, we can also turn the television volume down from where it was. Excellent so far!

Chair is so solid quite heavy but…
Chair is so solid quite heavy but expected as compact and solid. Not as comfortable as i thought but good for short times. Delivered in 11 days to uk ..very fast. Would I buy it again..yes for my needs as I live fulltime in van and need space. Otherwise I would choose other chair.. Maybe me as I'm 16/half stone so bit tight..
