I saw an offer on Facebook for air…

I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Problem solved

Thank you so much for being so understanding with the problem I had regarding the battery. The new item is definitely heaps better and even the light (blue) is more intense. I am extremely happy with its performance and have already told a couple of my friends about your product and how understanding you were. Thank you.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Can you give a company zero stars?? Customer service is a JOKE!!!! I ordered a product from them and received it in a reasonable amount of time. The product was noisy and didn't stay plugged into the outlet so had to return. Their return process has turned into a nightmare. Their website promises a 60 day money back guarantee yet they are doing everything in their power to avoid a full refund. Communication is only by email as there is no customer service number to call. Was offered a 25% refund, then a 50% refund if I kept the product. As I had already returned the product, and did not send it with a tracking number, I accepted the 50% refund. Was promised, by email, a 7-10 business processing time. 3 weeks later and now they are saying they can't process my refund through their previous payment gateway, yet on their website they still process credit card orders. They want to refund me through PayPal, which I don't have, or by direct bank transfer and I will not send my bank info by email. Have yet to see a refund of any kind and doubt I will.

Doesn't work.

The entire ordering process was difficult and they never actually answered my questions. Each time, they scouted around what I was asking. The rat pouches eventually arrived but by that time I didn't need them so kept them for this winter. Have just started using them and they are useless. I actually watched a mouse in the cupboard I put the one in just go past it and even thought the pouch is in there, I have trapped 3 mice in that same small cupboard. The pouch smell dissipates after a week, I can barely smell it. Totally useless.

Trying to order more Rodent away but getting nowhere

I have been trying to order more Rodent Away product as it works so well however The order page is dysfunctional and there is no "contact me" information. Such a pity because the product is great!

Not happy with service

Trying to contact this company via email, chat etc since Monday to amend my order but still no reply. Taken the money from my account, no confirmation email telling me my order has been sent. Is this an actual company? or have I been scammed. FFS.

Can you give less than a 1 star

Can you give less than a 1 star? I received this product in a timely fashion tried it out that day it didn't do what they claimed I returned it the following day through Canada Post with a Tracking Number after contact the company and them giving me the information for returning the item. Turns out that my item was shipped from a local address in Canada and they wanted me to return it to an address in the states. The cost would have been as much as keeping the stupid item. I argued the fact that it was shipped from Canada and therefore should be returned to the same location sent to. They agreed and sent me the new address. So...... I'm now 2 months out with no confirmation that they received the returned item but emails saying that it takes 7 to 10 days to process any refunds. After talking to AMEX to let them deal with this joke of a company turns out they are smarter than AMEX and Canada Post, since they have never used the word "RECEIVED" return I'm screwed even though my tracking number shows where and when it was delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they know all the little dirty tricks to screw you out of your money.

They do not stand by their T&C

Late last year I tried toto purchase one product but the wording on the pages was difficult to follow so I ordered more thinking I could review my order at the end and remove certain items (practice that most reputable companies use) but not this mob. The first time you know what has been ordered is when confirmation arrives by email. I immediately emailed back to cancel the whole order but was told it had gone through and could not be cancelled (terms and conditions stated it could be). As I found out in later correspondence, the order was not sent through immediately so bare fa Ed lie! I had back and forth emails and also got my credit card company to look into it, they were not very helpful. Then I received an email saying they did not want the items returned (again in T&C they can be). The person then offered some discount on the items I did not order we agreed on a percentage but then I received an email from said person telling me that they would not pay if I did not call my credit card company off (talk about making a threat). I have emailed a couple of times since but no response, ha ha! At the same time there was no indication on their site of a country dollar amount, I thought it would be probably AU$ but it was US$, I would not have bought anything if I hs known that. I am sure in all of this that they must be a very underhand company and I definitely would not ever recommend them to anyone one use them again. Obviously they have no conscience! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY rotten to the core.
