THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
Can you give a company zero stars?? Customer service is a JOKE!!!! I ordered a product from them and received it in a reasonable amount of time. The product was noisy and didn't stay plugged into the outlet so had to return. Their return process has turned into a nightmare. Their website promises a 60 day money back guarantee yet they are doing everything in their power to avoid a full refund. Communication is only by email as there is no customer service number to call. Was offered a 25% refund, then a 50% refund if I kept the product. As I had already returned the product, and did not send it with a tracking number, I accepted the 50% refund. Was promised, by email, a 7-10 business processing time. 3 weeks later and now they are saying they can't process my refund through their previous payment gateway, yet on their website they still process credit card orders. They want to refund me through PayPal, which I don't have, or by direct bank transfer and I will not send my bank info by email. Have yet to see a refund of any kind and doubt I will.
