I saw an offer on Facebook for air…

I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Don't Trust This Seller

My poor mum. The reviews on this product is not accurate. She purchased several units and then received a "valued customer" email which then debited her account for another 3 units - no function to cancel. I would like to return all 6 units ($384.84) due to misleading conduct and automated purchases for additional units.

Exceptional customer service and take your time when checking out.

I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars based solely on the fantastic customer service from JD at Ozzie Heat. I encountered a problem at check out that resulted in multiple units in addition to what I agreed to purchase being charged to my card. I reached out to Ozzie heat and this was resolved quickly with a minimum of fuss by JD. I am yet to receive the product but after seeing the Facebook advert it looks like exactly what we need to heat our home as we don't have central heating. My advice would be to be careful when checking out and reach out to the customer service team if you have any problems as they provide an excellent customer experience. Thank you JD for sorting this out.

Received and returned unwanted merchandise October 25 2024

On September 23 2024 I received an email advising me that I purchased Ozzie Heat .... I responded that the order was put through without any confirmation of price and delivery date. I followed up with an email to cancel the order. I returned the unopened package by Canada Post (same as the deliverer ) Please refund my account.

I’ve been waiting three weeks for my refund they keep promising and they find excuses why they can not send my refund back, if your thinking about buying from this company I would suggest you not to as there products don’t work then they don’t give you your money back.

Shoddy goods I bought three Ozzi heaters One was…

I bought three Ozzi heaters One was badly damaged and in a battered up box and all taped up and very obviously already opened. It was inoperable One of the other boxes was also opened. The heater cannot be used with a timer to have it work periodically. We will never deal with this company again. Beware. Waste of money. Jack

Ozzie cooler totally ripped me off they…

Ozzie cooler totally ripped me off they doubled my order added on items I didn’t want or knew what they were , I didn’t finalise purchase as there was nowhere I could it just kept adding more so I deleted site went to my PayPal account and canceled within a few minutes, only for them to say we processed the order in less than an hour. Site is set up to rip the customers off.

Absolutely awful business practices

Absolutely awful business practices. The stress that this situation has caused our family is tragic. Ordered one heater and then was debited $670 from the credit card. The company was contacted via phone and email and they operator said they would look into it - nothing happened. When the one heater arrived, we didn't even open it, just returned to sender. So now we have no heater - no money - just lots of stress. To make it even worse...Further debits continued 3 times from the credit card - until we had the inconvenience of having to cancel the card with the bank. So gutted, so disappointed that additional money equated to was 3 weeks of groceries our family needed. Please refund our money.

This is a SCAM company

This is a SCAM company. The product is from China, does not heat the smallest room in 2 hours, is noisy, and my electricity bill for that month was the highest it’s ever been. The website over orders items and is confusing. I sent mine back, in August, know they received it from the tracker, and still do not have my refund. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Updated review - complaint professionally handled

Update: it is now 4 days later - I received a very rapid and polite response from a congenial team who have refunded all money (money received) and apologised. Under new management, the company are reviewing their procedures and order checkout process which will no doubt lead to a greater number of satisfied customers in the future. I hope it all works out for them. Despite ordering 3 mozzie zappers only - I was charged for them and also another 6 plus some bogus warranty that I did not click on nor order. Two transactions and I was unable to review this mysterious second one - it even got through PayPal without me signing it off. I complained straightaway to the company who gave bogus excuse that they ship within the hour (as if anyone does that) am that I could not cancel. I am going to the Consumer Protection Authority for help without having to go through all that other reviewers have done. I wish I had read these reviews prior to being SCAMMED. Don’t bother your time with these people.
