I saw an offer on Facebook for air…

I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT AT TAKING YOUR MONEY, BUT NOT REFUNDING ANY OF IT AFTER RETURNING THE PRODUCT. I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE JULY AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. THEY KEEP SAYING THEY ARE HAVING ISSUES.... YEAH RIGHT, THEY DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM PROCESSING PURCHASES!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I keep getting the same response from them but never see any money!!!

Be careful

[Update: our refund (see below) is now in our bank account, so the company honoured their promise to refund.] We experienced what we feel was a deceitful ordering process, that tricked us into getting 6 units by pushing lots of promos at us while ordering, without giving the chance to review our order before finalising it. Then, as we tried to cancel it, we saw we had been charged in US$, so the cost was far more than we expected. We immediately tried to cancel via email, but got a reply saying they “ship within an hour” and so can’t cancel it. This is even though they reply to online reviews saying they will cancel, and saying in their ad there is no obligation 90 day trial, fully refundable. However, when we put an earlier version of this review on Trustpilot, titled SCAM, and asking "Let’s see if they do cancel ours and refund. So Frank, our Order # is 399839", we got a great response, with promises and notifications of full refund and "keep the units", so we don't have the hassle of returning them. They also offered a $50 credit if we would change our review to 4 star! So we've balanced out our 1 star experience in ordering, plus the hassle of the follow-up dealings with this company, with our 5-star experience of full refund, but we don't want others to go through this hassle, so we'll leave it at 2 star. We can't yet tell you if the units are any good, and our refund is not yet in our bank account. So our advice is to be very careful when ordering from this company, complain on Trustpilot if you're not happy, don't trust any 4 star reviews, and unsubscibe from their emails (we were getting 3 a day trying to sell us stuff).

SCAM!!!!!!!!

SCAM!!!!!!!! I ordered and was charged in USD for what is advertised as an Australian designed and developed product (NO INDICATION AT ALL THAT CHARGES WERE IN USD). I had a look online and found lots of reviews stating that it was cheap crap from China.

This thing is useless you have to be right beside it to feel anything, it chews through the power like no other heater I have used. Don't even think about asking for a refund because they will muck you AROUND THIS THING IS PATHETIC AD ARE THE SUPPLIERS

I ORDERED A TV ATENNA AND CANCELLED THE ORDER WITHIN 30 MINS BECAUSE THEY ADDED ADDITIONAL CHARGES THEY WOULD NOT CAMCRL THE ORDER SAID IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED I REFUSED DELIVERY AND THEY DID NOT ISSUE A CREDIT. Somehow mistakenly an order got

Somehow mistakenly an order got processed for a car Gas Saving plug in type thing. It’s called an ECO / OBD2. I was unaware of the order and later saw an email thanking me for my order. I immediately emailed back asking what was it I supposedly ordered and that to my knowledge I hadn’t ordered anything. I got an email back stating that they would not have charged me if I hadn’t actually ordered something But they did not tell me what it was I was supposed to have ordered. Fast-forward about a week and something arrives in the mail in a black envelope with no return address and no identifying company name on it. Absolutely no return address. I have no idea what this package is nor where it is from. No return address no company name shows anywhere on this enveloped package. I discover it’s one of these plug-in into your car gas savings, so-called items. My vehicle gets 40 miles a gallon why do I need anything? Gas saver? I have the best gas saver there is. I reach out to the company by doing investigative work to find out their information and realize it’s the same company that sent me that letter thanking me for my order. I proceed further and tell them I do not want this item. I would like to return it. Please start the return process and tell me whatever it is. I need to do to get my full incomplete refund. I then received an email telling me how they understand and I’m sorry for the problem however to return anything it has to be unopened which I think is ridiculous. (You have to open the package to see what it is when there’s no return address on it no company name on it. No way to identify it other than your own address.) They also said they do not Provide return labels and then when a step further to offer me a 30% discount to keep the item. I do not want this item. I want you to take this item back and I want my money back 100% of it back and I shouldn’t have to go through battle to do so… Then read further about this item and discover all the bad reviews this company has. How damaging this item is to a car if you do use it and how many people out there are filing grievances against this company and possible lawsuits. Just please give me back my money… Order date shows Aug 30, 2024 Emailed September 2024, 3 times Order # is 373780 Totaling $44.98, $0 shipping Edited Review….. Since this was first written, The company has since reached out to me to apologize and Asked if they could make it right. They did send me a full refund and didn’t require me to send back the item received in the mail. I felt they responded in a very swift and respectful manner. I am very pleased with the end results and I feel that I would be willing to shop their line of goods at a later date as needed.. I want to say Thank You for your courteous response to my issue. Greatly appreciated

Canceling my Request to cancel order

Good evening, I am canceling my request to cancel on my order. While I did mistakenly order 4 of the zappers and only wanted 2-- after trying them-- I will be keeping all 4 of them!!!! Thank you for making a product that actually does what is claims!!! I am a hunter and these little zappers have kept the bugs away I was very pleased that they lasted ALL NIGHT LONG on a full charge and i ran 2 of them the next night for about another 4hours while cooking dinner. It did take some getting used to the popping sound of one of Satan's spawn baptized by a zillion micro volts and being expressed mailed back to hell where they belong but now I softly mumble "die you little ba$tards"in my sleep whilst smiling.... Buyer Beware of FRAUD

They can start by not ripping customers off. I ordered 1 T.V. antenna from them at $44.90, next thing I know is they've upsold me several items I never ordered, bringing the amount that they deducted from my credit card to $134.69 !!! This Company is a fraud. I reported it to my bank with no satisfaction yet.

I received notification that my order was on the way an order I made earlier in the year and received ! Money for order I had not made taken ! I tried to Email company, email address non excitant . I have cancelled any further orders with PayPal this company is a SCAM
