I saw an offer on Facebook for air…

I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Scam Company that extort money

After seeing an advert on instagram I purchased 3 heaters, when I checked my bank the next day there were 2 payments taken an extra payment for a further 3 heaters. When I wrote to ask for the order to be cancelled I was told they’d already been dispatched, I find this very hard to believe as it was within 6 hours. The products eventually arrived and are bang average certainly do not live up to the claims of how quickly they heat rooms. Now a month later they’ve taken a further £29.99 as when they doubled my order I apparently also opted in to join their VIP club that charges me £29.99 per month. Have reached out to complain but had a couple of AI replies and no sign of any refund or reassurances they won’t continue to take further payments. Avoid this company at all costs or risk excessive unwanted charges and criminally bad customer service. Will be reporting this company further.

Ozzie Heat Company Refund

This company does follow through on refunds promised to you. The product is unfortunately not as they falsely advertise! I promptly received a refund of 127usd for 3 of these heaters- which seriously will not heat an 800 sq ft room in minutes as they claim! I appreciate the refund.

I purchased 2 heaters and due to ill…

I purchased 2 heaters and due to ill health didn’t get around to unpacking When I did it was clear there had been returned by others as the boxes had been repealed One unit had the earth pin broken therefore wouldn’t plug in to a socket I asked an electrician for his thoughts and he said don’t use them and get a refund!!! I haven’t got any contact details for them so how do I get in touch with them??? Would appreciate some advice please as extremely disappointed

Fast Customer Service Experience

Due to confusing checkout I ordered extra 3 heaters. After delivery I requested a refund and the customer service was very fast to respond. After apologising and explaining they are restructuring and reviewing their procedures I received a full refund in less than 1 week. I hope they are able to sort out their checkout procedures and wish them well with their restructuring. Thank you and good luck with your future business.

Reading a Facebook advert cost me a lot

Was only reading a write up on Facebook about this product and sometime managed to buy 6, they would not cancel the order but said it’s a 90 day money back guarantee. Having accidentally spent £175 the week before Christmas, it will now cost me £72 to return this rubbish unwanted crap back to China as apparently it’s the only place you can send them

Don't order

I would give no stars if l could. My sister in law ordered one got charged for another three. She emailed to cancell and suprisenly you cant cancel when ordered. Apparently you have to press a button to say you dont want another three not to say you do want another three. For people who are and arent used to ordering online it appears to me its a con. They say it's not fraud because you verified the 24.99 pd then get charged another 74.99 pd. So please everyone be aware and don't order from this company. So everyone please be aware and

If I could find a way to give zero…

If I could find a way to give zero stars, I would. I wanted 3 heaters. I ended up with 9 as a result of the trickery/manipulation trying to complete the order. I never saw a total or a cart I could work with to remove items I didn't know I was getting. Then the total comes up at over $400. I emailed IMMEDIATELY requesting a cancel. Couldn't do that as the order was processed already, Sure it was. I had problems getting through because of undeliverable address. Then I get a 20% refund if I want to keep everything. I need 3 not 9. I have 2 order numbers one is 483575 for 6 heaters total at $254.90 I do not need those 6 heaters. The other order is 483589 for $145.94. Even though the reviews say they are unsafe and junk, I will pay for the last order as that is what I wanted originally. Also, I ordered 2 remotes which were not in the shipment. I am not willing to ship anything to China as that would cost more than the product. This company needs a US address to handle these situations, OH well, I would say don't use Ozzi Mozzie unless you into self-flagellation. I WOULD LIKE TO EDIT MY REVIEW TO REFLECT A MUCH BETTER RESPONSE FROM OZZI MOZZIE. A gentleman (JD) has gotten involved to TOTALLY rectify my order problems. He really has gone overboard to make sure i am satisfied. I don't feel it would be appropriate to discuss his terms with my situation. I believe he and his team are truly working on making their business ordering process more user friendly. I have updated my review to now more accurately reflect the final outcome. Thank you JD

They Upsell & Upcharge Without Your Permission

They upcharged me! I tried to get four heaters they sell for about $35 each. The bill should have been around $140. Instead they added several more items and heaters which I didn’t want! And they charged me $365.00! When I tried to stop the order … they coldly & flatly refused! They are dogsheet to work with! Stay away!
