Very Poor Product but Refund provided after complaint
Purchased 1 Ozzi Heater. Arrived Jan 6th. Packaging badly damaged (important as packaging must be pristine if you want to return item). Very unhappy with product, it’s flimsy, noisy and will only heat a small cupboard, not the small box room I wanted it to heat. I have emailed requesting a refund, the first 2 responses were very friendly offering advice on how best to use the product. 3rd response, also friendly offered 30% refund but I have to pay for return and cannot claim original postage when item sent to me, so refund will be less than £10. They are based in Australia or Far East somewhere. Company refund policy says item must be unopened to get full refund? It also says a return label will be provided but in last email they say not return label will be provided. Avoid this product it’s terrible UPDATE I have this morning received a full refund, thank you very much.
