I saw an offer on Facebook for air…
I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Problem resolved immediately
After only one email sent to Ozzie Heat my problem was solved immediately. Thank you Joy for your help and understanding. I have emailed Ozzie heat with the information you required. Please confirm you have received this. I ordered one of these before christmas, it arrived and tbh wasn't impressed. I tried to contact Ozzie Heat but to no avail. We were then charged for another 4 units, they arrived but they are NOT required. I have emailed this company numerous times and NO ONE has got back to me with any acknowledgement. All i want is to send these items back and get a full refund. Same here, the return address is in Cannock there was no paperwork included in the packaging to claim a full refund.

safety issues
recently received 2 x heaters only to discover these aren't permitted on our caravan park due to safety issues Have tried to return them but the email addresses aren't valid Update for JD @ Ozzie heaters In reply to your request for an order number No invoice accompanied the 2 x heaters The only serial number on boxes above the "Made in china" is 6982456523262 both cost £79.99 total If you can send me a valid email address (The 3 I've tried end in dot com/dot co dot uk/dot co dot uk dot and all start with info) I can send you the address I used to order or alternatively send me a return address as the heaters are here all packaged,unused and ready to go *Update* Ozzie heaters have initiated a refund for the 2 x heaters (without having to return them)

UTTER SCAM.
UTTER SCAM. These heaters have been recalled due to electrical testing failures. The company have been scamming 'customers' and demand the heaters are returned to China... you pay the cost. Constant emails. No discount was ever applied as promised and they say only partial refunds can be made if any item has been used. The return address is in Blakeney Way, Cannock and states it on the packaging. I'm opening up a dispute via my credit card. NIGHTMARE SCAMMERS. Having read the response from JD, I'm so sceptical this will ever be resolved. I'm also going to contact trading standards and a consumer programme. Amazon will also be made aware of hundreds of complaints on a FB page regarding this company and how their customer's feel they've bought inadequate products. Edit: At last, I am now in receipt of a full refund. I said I'd reconsider my 1* rating of ths company on receipt of my money back which I have done, but I cannot rate it at the 4* they requested, so it's going to stay at 1*.

Wanted to purchase a single unit but ended up receiving and paying for seven
Wanted to purchase a single unit but had a problem with the process and mistakenly ended up ordering and paying for 7!!! Immediately emailed the company who said it was too late. When the goods arrived (from Glasgow) I was told they must be returned to China at a cost of £102.00 Have had to accept I have been conned. Tried the heaters and they are totally useless. Don’t waste your money with Ozzi Heat.
