Outsourced Utilities Reviews

Outsourced Utilities have guided our Care Home safely through some difficult times of late, when the energy market prices have rocketed and been unpredictable. When other competitors have price matched (and not all do their sums correctly) we chose to remain with Outsourced Utilities for their outstanding and ongoing customer service.

We've been customers of Outsourced Utilities for a number of years now and they are pleasure to do business with. Excellent customer service and always the best deals. Always happy to recommend them.

smooth hassle free move to a new energy contract having been given a range of options generating big savings for my business

We are a small charity based in Cheshire West that support over 800 charities, voluntary & community groups that work tirelessly to improve their communities. Many of these organisations operate with limited budgets. We have seen that many of our members pay too much for their energy bills because they are on expensive tariffs. Most smaller organisations don’t have the negotiating muscle of a big national charity and are therefore at the mercy of the big energy providers. It is particularly upsetting as they taking money away from a deserving cause. Many of our charity members have never switched and most are under the impression their current deal is good value for money, meaning hundreds of local charities could still unwittingly be overpaying on their energy bills. We first met Owen Davies from Outsourced Utilities in 2016. Owen was particularly keen to help local charities save money on their energy bills. Since then, Owen has helped many of our charity members save money on their energy bills by shopping around and switching them to a cheaper energy supplier. Many of our members perceive switching as a hassle, but with Owen’s help, the whole process has been made quick and simple. Many of our members are now saving thousands of pounds each year in charges which enables them to improve services to their beneficiaries. The feedback from our members after they’ve dealt with Owen is overwhelmingly positive; they all comment on how professional, reliable, honest and friendly he is. We would not hesitate to recommend Owen and team at Outsourced Utilities to any charity or business that is looking to save money on their energy bills.

I'd highly recommend using Outsourced Utilities. Owen has been incredibly helpful and efficient. Sourced a deal for our gas and electricity very quickly (we were almost out of contract) and has managed to save on our gas payments and very small increase on our electricity. Excellent experience.

I work for a small charity and to date Owen and John has got us the best deals at the best prices and since 2015 when they started working with us, our energy savings have been in the thousands. They manage every aspect of our energy needs painlessly and their customer service is second to none. In all of my dealing with them I have found them to be extremely professional, friendly and honest and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

John has been very help and efficient in finding us a fantastic deal

Very impressed with the company in all respects. Owen and John have always found the best deal for our changing needs and their customer service is superb. They are always available to help, even after they have secured the contract - a refreshing change these days. They actually put themselves out to ensure our life is made as easy as possible.

Look no further than Owen and the team. Genuine people on the other end of the phone who actually want to help. Won't hesitate to recommend.

Owen was really helpful in explaining the whole process and putting time into getting us the best deal. It's important to be able to trust the advice you're receiving when it comes to energy bills and Outsourced Utilities are a really genuine, honest service. As a business owner, it means I can relax knowing that my renewals, pricing comparisons and billing is all being looked after, that I'm on the best deals possible, and I can get on with running my business. Really impressed.

We chose to engage with Simon at Outsourced to allow us to focus on our core strengths of running convenience stores and making acquisitions. They have been especially great for us as they deal with all aspects of the transfer when we take over a new business. I would have no issue in recommending Simon to anyone.
