Very friendly and helpful staff and the car we hired was in excellent condition at the cheapest price we could find after searching the internet. Met at the airport on our return by a very friendly member of staff who was courteous and helpful . Very pleased and would recommend

Amazing service highly recommend
Cannot recommend George and orbit enough! The communication was fantastic, collection was so easy which was invaluable to us with 4 children. Car and car seats were in excellent condition and they even upgraded us to a larger model free of charge. We’ve hired from other larger companies before and you do not get the personal touch we had from these guys. Amazing!

great car but unnecessary stress where there was no need for it.
The experience in general was very good. The car was new and in a very good condition, and for a very reasonable price. With that, the representative was late to give the car - despite us being 1 hour later than the arranged time, the car was only returned by the previous lender 30 minutes into the time we arrived. Needless to say it wasn’t very well washed nor cleaned - in fact, they poured some water from a 0.5l bottle on the windshield and roof and that was that. The rental company gave us a bit of a hard time with the deposit, as they didn’t believe our credit card was indeed credit because it didn’t say so on the card itself (as it never does on the UAE cards). I had to prove this through my banking app, after showing multiple other cards. When the representative eventually tried to block the deposit, everything went through smoothly, I just wish it would’ve happened sooner and without the unpleasant interrogation. Deposit was released even before the car was returned, so brilliant experience there. Upon return, the rental company representative claimed the car was very dirty - it indeed had some insects from driving on the highway. Problem was, the company did not mention the car had to be returned washed (I’ve rented cars all around the world and nowhere was that a requirement). The representative did not speak any language but Arabic, and after some translation troubles requested an additional cleaning fee. Not an issue, but unpleasant experience and we would’ve washed the car before arrival had we known it was a requirement. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor notes.

Abbey cars via Orbit were excellent, highly recommend
My flight was delayed and I was worried about picking up the hire car (at Abbey cars via Orbit) due to late arrival. I spoke to (I think his name is George?) who was so helpful and reassured me that he would do everything he could to keep our booking even though the office was due to close. Once I arrived late from my flight, George stayed late to make sure I still got the car and I was so appreciative as it was very late at night and I would have had to arrange alternative transport for my hour long journey. I would highly recommend Orbit/Abbey car hire, they helped me so much and the whole process was a smooth transaction and good car too. Thank you

Habe über Orbit ein Auto in Heraklion Kreta gemietet. Bei Avance, zum 1. Mal überhaupt das gewünschte Fahrzeug in sehr gutem Zustand bekommen, auch bei der Rückgabe keine Probleme gehabt. Unsere Flüge wurden geändert, Anfrage wegen Abholung und Rückgabe wegen geänderter Flugzeiten wurden schnellstmöglich erledigt, zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit von beiden Gesellschaften.
