Efficient staff and process. The car didn't have park (P) on the automatic shift; it took me a bit to figure out the situation, haha. Generally pleasant experience; I will use it again next time and recommend it to others. Thank you.

Nice car to drive
Nice car to drive. We up graded to a vehicle with a sat nav which was what we needed driving around Sicily. Easy pick up and hand over. Only complaint was the direction to the car hire office could have been better. We were on airport site but outside, and we didn't know where to go.
