When things go wrong you will pay!
When we picked up the car we were upgraded, I can only assume because they didn't have the car I order. I didn't realise until I got home that the upgrade came at my cost. Had someone rear end me in the hire car (their fault), lost my deposit with car hire company, had orbit insurance but that only covered the car costs not the unreasonable £250 admin fee. They only returned a fraction of my original deposit. I'd stay away if I were you. When things go wrong, even if you are not at fault, you will pay for it. -- UPDATE... They don't answer phones or emails. Do yourself a favour and don't hire a car from this unscrupulous outfit.
