Mixed feelings

Great workout intensity and I love tracking my progress, but the membership fees add up quickly. Also had some issues with equipment not working properly on a few visits.

Good but not great

The concept is solid and workouts are effective, but I find some locations can get overcrowded. The music is sometimes way too loud and makes it hard to hear coach instructions clearly.

Solid workout but booking issues

The HIIT format is excellent and I've seen real improvements in my cardiovascular fitness. However, getting into popular class times can be really frustrating with their booking system. Sometimes you have to plan days in advance just to get a spot. The late cancel fees are also pretty steep.

Perfect for accountability

Having scheduled classes keeps me consistent with my fitness routine. The technology integration is smooth and seeing your stats after each workout is motivating. Wish there were more stretching/recovery focused sessions though.

Excellent coaching staff

The trainers really know their stuff and provide great modifications for injuries. Clean facilities and well-maintained equipment. My only complaint is that classes fill up too quickly during peak hours.

Amazing workout experience!

The heart rate monitoring system is incredible and really pushes you to work harder. Coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. The only downside is the cost - it's pretty expensive compared to regular gyms, but the results speak for themselves.

Life-changing fitness journey

I've been a member for 8 months and have never been in better shape. The variety in workouts keeps things interesting and the heart rate zones really work. Coaches remember your name and push you appropriately. Yes, it's pricey, but worth every penny for the motivation and results.

Great concept, execution varies

Love the science-based approach and the variety between treadmill, rowing, and floor work. Some coaches are absolutely amazing while others seem less engaged. The studio can also get pretty hot and stuffy during busy classes which affects the experience.
