Optimax Flooring Reviews

The installation was done properly and the floors look nice. However, I felt the pricing was on the expensive side compared to other quotes I received. The work quality justifies most of the cost, but still felt it could have been more competitive.

While the final flooring installation looks okay, I discovered they didn't properly address some subfloor issues that I specifically mentioned during the estimate. Had to have another contractor fix these problems later. The surface work was fine but attention to prep work was lacking.

Absolutely love our new kitchen floor! The ceramic tile installation was done expertly and the pattern layout looks fantastic. The crew was respectful of our home and cleaned up thoroughly each day. Minor delay due to weather but they communicated well about it.

Third time using them for different properties and they consistently deliver quality work. Always show up on time and complete projects as promised.

Quick and efficient service for our basement renovation. The team was knowledgeable about different flooring options and helped us choose the perfect laminate for our needs. Clean work area and reasonable pricing. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Transformed our outdated bathroom with gorgeous new tile flooring. Professional service from start to finish.

The flooring installation itself was done well and looks nice. However, there were several times when I had to follow up to get updates on timeline and progress. The project took a bit longer than initially quoted but the quality is solid.

Overall very pleased with the hardwood installation. The crew did beautiful work and the floors look amazing. Only downside was they had to reschedule twice due to material delays, which was a bit inconvenient. But the end result was worth the wait.

The flooring looks good once completed, but there were some issues along the way. Had to point out a few spots that needed touch-ups, and cleanup could have been more thorough. Price was competitive though.

Good experience overall with our vinyl plank installation. Fair pricing, reasonable timeline, and professional crew. The floors have been holding up well to daily wear and tear from kids and pets. Would consider using them again for future projects.

Had my entire first floor redone with luxury vinyl planks and couldn't be happier with the results. The team was punctual, clean, and paid attention to every detail. The installation looks flawless and they even helped move furniture back into place. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for quality flooring work.

From the initial consultation to final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally. They explained all options clearly and stayed within budget. The new engineered hardwood floors are beautiful and have held up great over the past year.
