Very weak service

Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Ganz mies

Ganz mies. Keine direkte Kontaktaufnahme möglich. Jede Anfrage dauert TAGE bis sich überhaupt mal was tut, und dann in der Regel Standard Antworten. Katastrophe. Bin mal gespannt ob ich mein Geld aus dem „sicheren“ Bezahlen zurück bekomme, weil der Verkäufer nichts rausschickt und sich weigert den Verkauf abzubrechen. Hatte vor circa einem Jahr schon mal einen Fall, da lief das genauso grottenhaft.

It took far too long to get the money…

It took far too long to get the money back. The seller did not respond anymore. Despite of that OPP did not reimburse, but extended the period for the seller beyond the 14 days. If a seller doesn't dispatch goods within a couple of days and he is not responding to any inquiries from the buyer, the seller should get his money back immediately. Furthermore, it is unacceptable that it takes OPP a couple of days to transfer money back.
