Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Der Kundenschutz von Kleinanzeigen schützt Betrüger mehr als Betrogene.
Der Kundenschutz von Kleinanzeigen ist konzeptionell falsch entwickelt. Ich habe ein gefälschtes Produkt zugesendet bekommen (für das ich Preis, Versand und Kundenschutz bezahlt habe). Dies habe ich bei Kleinanzeigen reklamiert. Darauf hin habe ich das Produkt auf eigene Kosten zurückgesendet. Kleinanzeigen erstattet mir nun nur den Kaufpreis. Das heißt: Ich als betrogener Käufer bleibe auf 2x Versandkosten sitzen, während der betrügende Verkäufer keinerlei Kosten hat.
