It took far too long to get the money back. The seller did not respond anymore. Despite of that OPP did not reimburse, but extended the period for the seller beyond the 14 days. If a seller doesn't dispatch goods within a couple of days and he is not responding to any inquiries from the buyer, the seller should get his money back immediately. Furthermore, it is unacceptable that it takes OPP a couple of days to transfer money back.
