★☆☆☆☆ Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience I had a deeply disappointing experience with Online Legal India. What began with promises of smooth and efficient service quickly turned into a nightmare of delays, poor communication, and zero accountability. At first, their representatives – Kashis Shaw and Indrajit – made firm commitments about timelines and support. But once the payment was made, everything changed. The process was repeatedly delayed without any proper explanation, and most importantly, no one bothers to pick up the phone or call back, even after multiple requests. Instead of transparent communication, they just send vague emails or raise queries without ever informing the customer directly. This lack of follow-up causes unnecessary confusion and wastes precious time. Even more troubling, they don’t provide any guidance or instructions on how to fill out crucial government forms, seemingly on purpose, so that the customer gets stuck and they can keep dragging the process longer. It feels like a deliberate tactic to stall the work, frustrate the client, and buy time without offering any real service. Avoid Online Legal India at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
