My experience with Online Legal India was extremely disappointing. They advertise low-cost trademark registration services, but the reality is very different. Their service plans do not mention any additional charges for handling hearings or objections, which are common in trademark processes. This lack of transparency is highly misleading. Once the trademark application was submitted, they demanded very high additional fees for handling a hearing — something that was not mentioned anywhere in their plan or during initial communication. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. They misguide customers by hiding critical details of the process and later trap you with unexpected costs. I strongly advise others to be cautious and thoroughly review terms before choosing their services. Better to consult a genuine legal professional who is clear and upfront about all charges.
