This website itself should be sued for fake advertising for handling consumer complaints. On their page they showcase a small Professional fees like 1499+GST. One feels like this is the money that will be charged to handle your case. But your case is then transferred to a lawyer who will start with a fees 10x this fees to handle your case. This is never mentioned by onlinelegalindia while enrolling you. After speaking to customer care it was told that it is the lawyer’s fee which will be repaid after winning the case and this will be the last charge that will be taken. But no, the lawyers will keep asking for more money at every stage like affidavit filing charges, this charge and that charge. All these charges will make your amount paid to the lawyers become at least 10x than your dispute amount. The lawyers to whom this is outsourced are also not of good quality. It is companies like these that make a common man distrust the legal system.
