Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional & Misleading Service
I approached Online Legal India for help with a consumer grievance and paid ₹1500 based on their assurance that action would be taken within 48 hours. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. No legal service or action was taken. Their team stopped responding to my calls and messages after receiving payment. Despite repeated follow-ups, no refund has been issued, and I’ve received no meaningful communication. This reflects a clear lack of professionalism and appears to be a case of misleading promises and unethical conduct. If you're considering their services, please be cautious. I will now be taking appropriate action through consumer forums to report this malpractice.
