This company supplies medication and yet they seem entirely ill-equipped to answer questions around quite disturbing side effects. Despite their website advising responses should take 2-3 days, my latest enquiry was acknowledged six days after that with a message that it will take a further 72 hours to answer. And it has still not been answered. Given the potential health risks in failing to properly manage side effects, you might expect a company that issues medication to fulfil its moral and legal responsibilities to support customers and not cite unprecedented demand for their failings. They charge a princely sum for this medication. They should resource customer support properly or stop taking new orders until they can. Enough of these pitiful excuses.

I have been using this service for 3 years, however my recent experience has made me lose all trust in it. I ordered pills on Sunday 1st June, they did not approved until 4th, which is longer than usual but whatever. However, it says it has been dispatched on the 4th but I have not yet received it. Royal Mail say they are waiting to receive it and have not yet. Superdrug will not reply to any messages, it is now the 11th and I am without my medication. My supply runs out on the 13th so this is very stressful. I got through on the phone team and she said she would see if it was an issue with the dispensary or with Royal Mail, however I have still not heard back. The no response is ridiculous when it has been TEN days since I ordered it and no sign of it or any updates. Ridiculous. I want my money back.

Would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is terrible. No one reads or responds to any messages and you keep getting automated messages asking for a response youβve already sent. Two weeks on, and Iβm still waiting for any reply from anyone.
