Unprecedented demand is NO excuse
This company supplies medication and yet they seem entirely ill-equipped to answer questions around quite disturbing side effects. Despite their website advising responses should take 2-3 days, my latest enquiry was acknowledged six days after that with a message that it will take a further 72 hours to answer. And it has still not been answered. Given the potential health risks in failing to properly manage side effects, you might expect a company that issues medication to fulfil its moral and legal responsibilities to support customers and not cite unprecedented demand for their failings. They charge a princely sum for this medication. They should resource customer support properly or stop taking new orders until they can. Enough of these pitiful excuses.
