The communication and the pharmacy is as poor. Text said it was ready, went to pharmacy and waited to be told that it wasn’t ready for days.

Waste of time
Waste of time. It says same day collection but it’s not. I was travelling back to my home city that same day and was relying on the same day collection.They didn’t have anywhere I could pick in my home city so I thought would pick it up in Loughborough before I leave. Got there and they told me I have to come tomorrow!? 2 days later I drove all the way back there and they told me they recalled it and it wasn’t there. Waste money and time.

I asked for my medication to collected from a pharmacy
I asked for my medication to be collected from a Superdrug pharmacy but was told that due to a shortage of the drug, only deliveries to a home were possible. If you can deliver to a person’s home then why can’t you deliver to one of your pharmacies? I was not advised whether or not an equivalent drug could have been collected from a pharmacy. Home deliveries are inconvenient for me.

Good ordering dispensing not as expected
The order was processed quickly however the prescription was not able to be dispensed as were not in stock. Part was available Friday pm but substitute available collected correct complete order Tuesday am.

Overall poor service
Ordered a prescription when my surgery were being impossible, took quite a while to come but reasonably priced and did arrive eventually. Most recent order for antibiotics, a test was added on when I went to pay making the prescription very expensive but understood that it was best to test first before having antibiotics however the test arrived with only being able to see results using an app that is compatible with very few phone brands and certain models (I have a smart phone that is a year old just not a brand new iPhone or Samsung!). I would assume superdrug have a good deal with this test company to happily sell test kits that cannot be used by most people when there are much simpler tests available. The website does state this when you search for the test however I was given no information or choice about this useless test at the time of ordering and charged an extra £12,99 for it. I have since bought a test from my local pharmacy which was much more inclusive for anyone to be able to use. Overall a poor service that is not inclusive to all, this will likely be highlighted with the generic reply of we can't find your order do get in touch. I have messaged on the doctor page but don't expect to get anywhere
