I was given less tablets than I paid for online. Superdrug online rather than refund the cost of the 4 tablets my order was short by says go back and argue with the pharmacy you got the order from. ie go away don't bother us. I suppled pictures of the bag and contents. Truly disgusting.

Asked for cream nothing untoward email received money taken? Day after they wanted more information even though I explained I'd had this before but doctor couldn't see me for a week however another email asking for photos prescription could not be given before they received them my god what an absolute fail of a pharmacy. Its Sunday and I'm still in discomfort thanks!! Tomorrow I will be calling my bank to find out about you superdrug taking money from my account before you confirmed my order I'm sure it is illegal .

I signed up for Monjaro and went through 4 cycles, titrating up as I went. On my 4 th cycle the pen jammed and I wasnβt able to inject anything so , as I had already ordered and recieved my 5 th pen, I started using that. I got two injections out of my 5 th pen and then it jammed again. I couldnβt push down the plunger. When I tried another new sharp ot still didnβt work and when I tried without a sharp the liquid shot out to the left. Then the red rubber nipple at the end swelled up. I emailed customer service on 19 th December, heard nothing. Rand customer service 21 st December and they said I had to take my pen back to a store, 12 miles away, the store would send it off, check it and if it was found to be faulty send me another. Iβve paid in the region of Β£1000 over the last few months and this is the service I get when I get a faulty pen. I would never reccomend Superdrug to anyone for anything now. I think I should have been issued a new pen and had a stamped addressed envelope sent for the old one and maybe a charge if nothing was found wrong with it. Not a good service.
